Sreejith to play Sathya Sai Baba

Actor Sreejith Vijay has been chosen to play spiritual guru Sathya Sai Baba’s part during a certain point in his life, in the forthcoming Telugu film Baba Sathya Sai, directed by Kodi Ramakrishna. Sreejith played the teenage hero falling for an older lady in last year’s remake of the yesteryear hit Rathinirvedam and is the male lead in Pradeep Nair’s soon to be released Cherukkanum Pennum (see pic). The shooting of Baba Sathya Sai will start soon in Hyderabad.The actor had some meetings with the director and has been asked to prepare for the role, based on the guru, who has a huge fan following.
