Director Priyadarsan has confirmed that Shobhana who won a national award for portraying the role of Ganga in 'Manichithrathaazhu' will make an one screen appearance in its sequence made in the title 'Geethanjali'.
The movie which will have Lal as Dr Sunny will also have a huge supporting cast.Two fresh faces will appear as other lead actors in the movie. Priyadarsan and Dennis Joseph are jointly writing the script for this Manichithrathaazhu part two, which will have music by Vidyasagar.
Shobhana who had been very busy withher dance school is also been signed foranother movie 'Thira' which will be the next offering from Vineeth Sreenivasanafter his big hit 'Thattathin marayathu'.

Sathyan Anthikkad's next with Fahad fazil & Amala Paul

Sathyan Anthikad has confirmed the shoot of his next movie by August. Expected to start by the first day of auspicious Chingam month, this yet to be titled movie will have Fahad Fazil doing the lead role.
While Amala paul, who has already become a hot property in Tamil will be for the first time appearing as the heroine to Fahad in the movie. Sathyan is currently adjusting the dates of shoot of his movie to suit that of Amala paul, who has got busy schedule sin Tamil. This new movie will be produced by Central Pictures . Sathyan who has an impressive popularity among the family audiences has, but failed to convert his last movie 'Puthiya Theerangal' into a hit.

Three climaxes for Prithviraj's film.

Director Sugeeth who had made a big hit in last year's 'Ordinary', is trying for a different experiment in his new film with Prithviraj. Titled 'Oru Cinema Kadha' the movie will have three climaxes inside a single film.The movie planned as an experimental flick, will also feature Vineeth Sreenivasan in animportant role.
Oru Cinemakadha' will tell a plot about a filmmaker, scriptwriter and a cameraman destroying the love life of an young man.Since each of the makerscomes up with a different plot to accomplish their mission, Sugeeth will be in an easy mode to visualize each of their ideas. The shoot for the film will start in a couple of month's time.

Manju Warrier is makin a come-back through an ad-film. She will be acting with Amitabh Bachchan in a Kalyan Jewellers ad-film and the works are dueto begin immediately. Presently, AmitabBachchan, Dileep, Aishwarya Rai, Nagarjuna, Prabhu and Sivaraj Kumar are the brand ambassadors for Kalyan Jewellers. Susmitha Sen, Miss Universe 1994, was a brand ambassador for Kalyan Jewellers earlier.
Aishwarya Rai has been contracted for two years for a fabulous fee of Rs.10 crore per year. Kalyan Jewellers spend about 90 crores each year for their ads. Manju's come-back is amidst rumours that she is making a return to film-acting. She marked her return initially through dance performances and later started her own web site which has become very popular.

It appears that he would be donning the role of an ebullient Sardar once again inan upcoming movie. V.M.Vinu, who directed superhit 'Balettan' with Mohanlal as hero, will direct the movie in which Mohanlal would appear as Happy Singh, a wrestler.
'Happy Singh' lives in a village where people look upon wrestling as the main source of entertainment and Vinu portrays life in this village through the movie which is expected to be full of humour. Shooting would take place in Punjab and Bangalore. Screenplay is written by Deepu Karunakaran, who scripted and directed for 'Teja Bhai and Family' and 'Crazy Gopalan', both of which were humour oriented.
